SHW provides free shipping on most of our products. Many orders ship via freight service.
While we do our best to mitigate the possibility of damage during transit, products occasionally do get damaged.
If the customer receives a damaged product they must not accept delivery until the damage is noted on the delivery form with the delivery person present and with the delivery person’s approval.
The customer also has the right to refuse delivery if they notice damage to the product. Once they receive and accept a delivery, it is their responsibility to resolve any damage claims.
