How long will it take to receive my product?
SHW products are made to order and as such lead times do vary. Please call us for the most accurate information regarding lead times. You can also find an estimated lead time on the product page.
Can I cancel my order?
SHW products are made to order and as such all sales are final. Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled or returned.
When will my card be charged?
All orders are paid for in full, up front. Affirm payment plans are the exception.
How long does shipping take?
Transit times range from 2-10 business days. Most SHW Offroad orders ship via freight delivery.
Do you really ship for free?
Most SHW Offroad products ship for free. All drawer systems ship via freight delivery and must be picked up from the nearest TForce terminal. Other shipping options can be found on the checkout page including home freight delivery with and without a lift gate. These options come with a fee.
Do you ship to Canada?
Yes we do! Contact us for a shipping quote to the nearest pickup location.
How do I pick up my drawer system from a T Force terminal?
Freight pickup is a much simpler process than many realize. If you are picking up with your SUV then remove the drawer system form the pallet, inspect the drawer system thoroughly, place the drawer sytem loosely in your vehicly, and finally place the pallet on top of the drawer system. SHW Offroad pallets are 44″x44″, so make sure they will fit in your vehicle (some terminals may allow you to leave the pallet there).
