What if I have a problem with my order?
Please contact us through any channel available to resolve any product issues. The only policy we have for order problems is to solve them as soon as possible.
What if I want to return an order?
SHW products are custom, made to order solutions and as such, cannot be returned. Please contact SHW Offroad by phone or email if there are any problems with the order or if you are unsatisfied with your order. If shipping damage is found, do not accept the package. Once a package is accepted SHW Offroad cannot assist in recovering any damages.
SHW guarantees that our products are free from manufacturer defects for a lifetime of use. Our products must be installed according to our exact instructions and procedures. Please contact us with any installation questions.
Any modifications to the original product or the function of the product voids the warranty. It is up to the discretion of SHW to decide if a warranty is void.
The SHW warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, to product finishes, or to product hardware (slides, handles, etc). Drawer slides have a warranty of 1 year of use. SHW may elect to repair or replace workmanship defects. In the event that a repair or replacement is not appropriate, SHW will issue a refund equal to the original purchase price minus freight costs.

Damage to property, vehicles, cargo, or to any person is excluded from the SHW warranty.
